Pavone Srl was founded in 1960 in a small artisan laboratory in which broth pasta was produced, following the recipes of Emilian culinary tradition. With patience and experience, that small laboratory has grown and developed into the current industrial production plant for beignet and imperial soup, based in Rastignano, very next to Bologna.
We use only the best quality ingredients, still following old recipes while investing in innovation and growth: this is the choice that made us a solid company still on the market since years.
