Pavone Srl will also be at the Fiera Marca by BolognaFiere 2022 edition on 12-13 April. In fact, the Bolognese brand will be among the main exhibitors of the event, which has now become the second MDD trade fair in Europe and has reached its 18th edition, becoming a point of reference for the entire sector.

Pavone Srl is among the almost 900 companies that will exhibit their products of Italian excellence at Marca Del Distributore. An important opportunity for the company, which will be able to participate in a key appointment for the business community of the sector, during which the MDD industry has the opportunity to develop relationships with the main brands of the DMO, which exhibit and annually promote their MDD policies.

The history of Pavone Srl began with a small artisan workshop for the preparation of products of the Bologna gastronomic tradition (and not only): small, large and mini beignets, éclairs and croutons for imperial soup, a typical Bolognese specialty. From yesterday’s small laboratory to today’s over 4000 m2 factory dedicated to industrial production, Pavone srl has always stood out for the use of quality raw materials to remain faithful to the authentic taste of tradition. The company today specializes in production of choux pastry puffs – made for every need of use in various diameters and with different doughs – and broth delights such as the imperial soup.
